Mental Health First Aid (online) February

Train as a Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders®) and get three years of MHFAider® Support and Benefits to help feel empowered and confident in your role.

You will gain the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of a person experiencing poor mental health, the confidence to start a conversation and the tools to signpost to appropriate support. 

Complete over four consecutive Wednesday mornings in the comfort of your home or workplace. The perfect pace and place to digest the content, in a supportive small group facilitated by an experienced MHFA trainer.

The Mental Health First Aid online course provides:

 An understanding of mental health and the factors that influence wellbeing

 Practical skills to identify the triggers and signs of mental health issues

 Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress

 Enhanced interpersonal and non judgemental istening skills

 Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support

      Skills to look after your own wellbeing and prioritise self care. 

Training Outline:

The MHFA online training is completed over 4 sessions, you need to attend all sessions to qualify as MHFAider

• Webinar 3 - 15th Feb 9.30a.m - 12.30

Pricing:

The cost of this course is £300.00 for all four online webinars and includes MHFA Manual, Workbook, Action Plan 'Z card' lanyard, Certification and access to online support app for three years.
